Shu’mata Camp is a permanent camp located in the Enduimet Wildlife Management Area, a private concession at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Shu’Mata means “paradise” in the Maa language and, in fact, the camp is located in the ancestral lands of the Maasai people. The prime location offers stunning 360-degree views of the savannah and Kilimanjaro. The camp consists of five large and elegant tents furnished with vintage colonial-style furniture.
