Kizikula is a remarkably cosmopolitan resort located on the remote southern coast of Zanzibar. It has recently been published in Wallpaper* magazine and in Architecture Digest. The architecture is creative and oriented to the particular territory, the distinctive shapes of the buildings are made of locally sourced coral limestone which, in combination with raw concrete, create an extraordinary richness of texture. Everything is completed by wooden furnishings and local fabrics.
