Mara Under Canvas is a luxury mobile camp, which is located in a prime location on the banks of the Mara River in the northern Serengeti. This camp is open from June to November, a period considered the culmination of the Great Migration, where huge columns of wildebeest and zebra cross the river, infested with Nile crocodiles, to reach the green pastures of the Masai Mara in Kenya.
